Welcome to London’s pioneering educational initiative, The Urban Dream Chasers (TUDC). We are dedicated to empowering young individuals through creativity, self-expression, and community-building.
TUDC is a social impact business located in the heart of London, England redefining youth education through our unique Fashion, Arts, and Music (FAM) programme integrated with key subjects such as Maths and English.
An entrepreneurial thinker and concept creator Monty has designed and developed creative workshops, courses and mentoring programmes for clients including The Prince’s Trust, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Capita and Amplify Yourself.

We Address & Reconnect
We identify and address the factors causing disconnection, which include: Technological (smart phones and other devices), Mental Health (anxiety, depression, and stress), Social Pressures (bullying and classroom dynamics) and Inequality & Socio Economic factors (disparities in resources, opportunities, and support systems in young people). What we do is reconnect them through innovative learning techniques.
This approach revolves around the fusion of Fashion, Arts, and Music (F.A.M.), leveraging these mediums to nurture connection and understanding, thereby promoting a more positive classroom environment.
