The Urban Dream Chasers are a social impact organisation dedicated to creating positive change by empowering young people to overcome emotional, social, and educational challenges.

Through the EmoSo© method, a therapeutic approach created by Monty Joseph and developed by the EmoSo© team, we help young people understand and manage their emotions, build confidence, and face challenges head-on, equipping them with the tools to succeed at home, in school, and in their chosen careers.

What we do,

Our Solution: Blending Fashion, Arts, and Music (F.A.M.) with the EmoSo© method to ignite creativity and empower young people with the skills to thrive personally and academically.

We connect students with industry professionals in performing arts and creative media, providing mentorship, work experience, and career opportunities.

Through strong ties with leading employers, we offer hands-on exposure to their chosen fields, helping young people gain practical experience and build lasting professional connections.
